“The house was fine. Water had distinctive smell to it. The house was clean. While we were there, we received about 8 inches of snow. It would have been helpful to have the snow removed or a shovel. We had to use a broom to clear a path.”

“It was very easy communicating with AJ. Timely, accurate and detailed responses at all times. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier as the weather was bad.We lived at the property for 1 night - 5 adults and 6 kids. Location is convenient, safe and there is ample street parking.The property and furniture is a little dated. There was no lock in some of the bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom, which made it a little inconvenient in terms of privacy. The carpet in family room could use some...

“We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Lake House. The home was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel especially welcoming. Communication with Steve was excellent from start to finish. The house was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful lake view that we really enjoyed. Everything was as described, and the space was comfortable and relaxing. We would happily stay here again.”

“Great property! The inside appears to be completely remodeled. It felt very modern and clean with plenty of parking for everyone who stays at the property. They included lots of towels and toiletries that you would only expect if you stayed at a hotel. Perfect for a Girlfriend getaway in Lake Geneva. Would definitely book again.”
