“The hotel is in a convenient location. You are walking distance from the Galleria mall and a lot of restaurants. The area is pretty much safe to be in. However, the hotel is not one I would stay at again.”

“When I walked into the property, the young lady was lent over-the-counter. Can I help you with an attitude then she said I don’t know how you were able to even book we overbooked. We tried to call you, but we didn’t have a number on file. I had a real nasty attitude and told me to go to another hotel. ”

“Another great stay at the Wildwood, clean rooms, comfy bed, really all you need for a quick trip out to visit friends!!”

“Initially the room had a strange odor. King sized room was small. Really did appreciate the breakfast and supper options that were included. Elevators to go up and down were good. Would be nice to have a wheelchair available for use.”

“Overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and spoke anytime we passed and were extremely helpful. Bathroom in room was extremely small. Breakfast was good although it was same thing every morning.”
