Nuovissimo, splendido studio vicino a tutto!

Abbraccia l'atmosfera felice di questa elegante residenza per ospiti. Questo nuovissimo appartamento monolocale, situato in uno dei quartieri più alla moda di Richmond, dispone di una cucina completamente arredata, architettura tradizionale Richmond completamente restaurata, tonalità neutre con tocchi di colore, mobili moderni, tonnellate di luce naturale e uno splendido bagno.

Lo spazio
Questo accogliente monolocale si trova al secondo piano di un edificio completamente rinnovato (Eileen) risalente al 1900. Il primo piano dell'edificio ospita uno studio di yoga e un juice bar (apertura estate 2020). Entrando nell'edificio all'entrata della 24a strada a nord, vedrai subito che durante i lavori di ristrutturazione non abbiamo risparmiato nulla. Una volta dentro l'appartamento, lascia che il relax abbia inizio. La cucina è completamente fornita di pentole in acciaio inossidabile, il bagno con la sua doccia piastrellata renderebbe geloso anche il Vanderbilt e la lavatrice e asciugatrice a caricamento frontale ha diverse impostazioni di carico per la tua comodità. Netflix è disponibile sulla TV, quindi puoi rilassarti e rilassarti mentre la giornata si esaurisce.

Note aggiuntive: Questo monolocale misura circa 240 piedi quadrati ed è dotato di un divano letto. Ma questo divano sarà più comodo di qualsiasi letto d'albergo su cui dormirai (abbiamo comprato la Ferrari di divani letto!) e lo spazio è stato rinnovato con il tipo di finiture che troverai solo negli hotel di fascia alta! 2 persone possono stare qui molto comodamente, anche per lunghi periodi di tempo.

Sweet Condo

This little condo had everything I needed to enjoy my first trip to Richmond. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, great a/c. I enjoyed the wine and the water and coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. I am coming back to the show next year and will book at the Eileen. Parking was never an issue, so don’t worry about venturing out. In walking distance of great restaurants and some interesting historical sites.

Great Little Studio for Home Base

The listing is totally accurate; this is a small studio! But as other reviews mention, they use the space very well. We kept the sleeper sofa pulled out the whole time we were there and were able to navigate the room just fine. (We stayed for a week.) The renovation was done thoughtfully and well, not a shoddy flip, and everything was very clean and well-functioning. Location is unbeatable--walkable to multiple excellent restaurants (including an ice cream parlor right downstairs), sight-seeing destinations, and parks with fantastic views of the river and the city. The biggest challenge was sharing a bathroom in such close quarters, but you'd have the same issue in a hotel room and this was miles more charming.

Weekend Stay

Had everythint we could have needed. Was well-maintained and they made the process easy. Even included a bottle of wine, but we don't drink so we left it for the next visitors; though, the gesture was wonderful!

next to Pizza Bones

Next to Pizza Bones and a half block from Union Market, where I ate regularly. The only drawback is not the owner's fault. Richmond, Virginia has unreliable infrastructure. Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. This time, the power went out in the water treatment plant and this caused the water to shut off for all of Richmond for about two days. No way to flush a toilet! No way to wash your hands! This is Richmond, Virginia. Other old cities seem to maintain a functioning infrastructure but not Richmond.

Great studio, excellent location

Beautiful, newly renovated studio apartment very close to everything and with restaurants, bakeries and pubs few steps away. The owner was very responsive and courteous. I loved my stay and will certainly return. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect size for our needs

Cleanliness was outstanding; we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the water bottles and the wine; excellent soap/hair products; very appealing decor; the bed was very comfortable, especially when we used the additional mattress pad. One wrinkle for us was the challenge of pulling out the sofa to bed conversion. Once we did that and added the padding from the closet, sleeping was great. We were so impressed with how you utilized the space and how you thought of everything we could want. Also, you were patient in responding to my confusion about accessing WiFi on my phone. Very much appreciated that.

Great stay

Emily was awesome in keeping communications with us. Our our outgoing flight was delayed by several hours, and Emily was able to accommodate us for an extra couple of hours so we didn't have to wait at the airport. Highly recommend!!!

The units I have had the pleasure to stay in, here at the Eileen Bldg have what you need in a great area! Pizza, ice cream, amazing pastries, and yoga, to boot! Right within 500 feet of your space.

Great Little Studio!

The space was clean and as described in the posting. The studio was located in a great location. There were lots of good restaurants nearby and a yoga studio below. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Communication from the host was excellent. I highly recommend it.

It could have been better

My daughter and I drove 23 hours across country for a girls trip. When we got to the location the code we were given didn’t work. We reached out to the property manager the were able to get us in within 15 minutes. Once we were in the space was clean and modern. When we pulled the sofa bed out to sleep on we put the extra pad on that was in the closet. Unfortunately it was the MOST uncomfortable bed ever. We decided that we would not stay the second night. So we cleaned the space and left. We did reach out to the manager and told him of our issue and he offered us another space in the same area but we declined. They did give us some money back for the inconvenience. All in all the ad was correct on size and such. We appreciated the refund but would not stay again.

AMAZING LOCATION!

This is by far the best location in Richmond, in my opinion. The property itself is fabulous! The sleeper sofa is wonderful. You walk outside and all around you are places to eat and shop. Church Hill historic district is by far etched in my heart after this stay.

Perfect For Our Needs

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. We came to hang with family for the Richmond Marathon and it was within walking or short drive to everything we did. It was clean and comfortable, albeit small, although it does list the square footage in the description. The hosts were attentive and even dropped off an umbrella early one morning when the weather forecast indicated a need. I'd stay again if I find myself in the area.

Close to the City with a neighborhood feel

I was traveling for business and wanted to experience Richmond while in the area. The location was close and easily accessible to major highways. The studio is located in a cute walkable neighborhood. While I was there I walked to some of the local restaurants and enjoyed the friendly chats with the locals.. The studio was well kept and fit my needs perfectly. The owners were not only kind, but provided tips about the area, a lovely bottle of wine and book of resources nearby. The space is decorated with style and comfort. I would stay in their properties again and again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very cute unit. They made the very most of the space & it’s well decorated! It’s very cozy & has everything you need for your stay. The mattress topper is excellent. Highly recommend putting that on the bed!

Cozy and beautiful

I was drawn to this property because it was new and the modern design appealed to me. I’d hoped to cook a meal while I was there so the kitchenette was a plus, and I was able to make popcorn and keep my drinks, produce and dairy fresh in the full size fridge. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well kept (an absolute priority for me). I’d describe it by likening it to my Mini: lots of features ingeniously packed into a small space to give you everything you need and make it feel larger than it is! Access was simple, but be prepared to climb a very long flight of stairs (fortunately I had my 25 YO son with me to carry my bag which was packed for a 2-week trip and rather heavy)! Also, be advised to use the wonderfully thick and cushiony mattress topper or you will not be comfortable—the topper is a tri-fold and super easy to unzip from its storage bag and put on the bed, then fold up and stow away in the morning. Definitely worth the effort! My only disappointment was the neighborhood. I’m not familiar with Richmond and the listing led me to believe there would be lots to do in the neighborhood, but it’s essentially residential and a dead zone. You have to drive everywhere, and I wouldn’t feel safe walking alone at night. Be that as it may, it suited me perfectly and I would definitely stay there again. Daniil was extremely responsive with all my inquiries and requests. The surprise complimentary bottle of Cab was much appreciated and showed a lot of class on the part of the owner!

Great place to stay in Richmond!

This place is a fabulous place to stay when visiting Richmond. The studio apartment was exactly as described and met all our needs. The neighborhood it is situated in is so nice and having establishments nearby that you could walk to was a bonus also. The park just down the street is a great place to go and relax with an outstanding view of Richmond at one spot! Correspondence with Daniil before and during the trip was great, as was the owner's special touches, including a bottle of wine to greet us, two chilled bottles of water, and supplies of coffee and a few other essentials provided. We will definitely stay at Eileen again when visiting Richmond!
