Welcome to our `Church Hill Hideaway #1`! A cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom in charming Church Hill, close to downtown. This home is a great base for exploring the area. A modern and inviting space, featuring a modern electric fireplace and dedicated workspace. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals! The private fenced in backyard provides a tranquil retreat, with a lovely hangout spot on the back deck where you can relax and unwind.

This home is one of two units in our duplex. This cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom is in the charming neighborhood of Church Hill, just a stone`s throw away from downtown Richmond. Perfectly situated near major highways, this home is a great base for exploring the area.

As you step inside, you`ll find a modern and inviting space, complete with a spacious living area featuring a contemporary electric fireplace, perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and there`s a dining area where you can enjoy them together.

The three bedrooms offer very comfortable sleeping arrangements; the larger bedroom has a half bath off of it for convenience. The dedicated workspace is ideal for catching up on work or planning your adventures in Richmond.

Outside, the private fenced in backyard provides a tranquil retreat, with a lovely hangout spot on the back deck where you can relax and unwind. Whether you`re here for work or play, this space is sure to be your home away from home in Richmond.
