When we arrived early we were asked if we reserved with a third party (Expedia), then were told we would receive a text when the room was ready. Shortly after, I received notice my credit card had been charged, but still no text. We waited two more hours, finally returning at 4:00, and were allowed to check in. The new clerk apologized for never texting, but we question if using a third party contributed. Upon check out, the clerk would not provide a receipt stating that I would have to get it from Expedia.
