The home includes a separate office space, a surround sound media room, a home gym, two smart 4K UHD TVs, two smart thermostats that help accelerate heating and cooling, blazing fast wifi, and much more.

This stylish, open-concept home is perfect for your next trip or staycation. Nearby attractions include Sugarland Town Square or drive less than a half-hour to shop, dine and tour the prestigious Houston Galleria.


Details:
Upon entering the home you will encounter an expansive open concept with high ceilings that includes a seating area that has an 80-inch QLED 4K UHD smart flat screen TV mounted on the wall, a glass dining and natural wood breakfast table, and a spacious kitchen with an extended island and all of the standard appliances.

Downstairs you will find a large master bedroom that offers a comfortable king-size bed with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, an enclosed office with an oversized desk and office chair to complete your work, and a backdoor via the kitchen that leads to the workout space.

Half of the multi-car garage has been converted into a wonderful private gym - enjoy the free weights, dumbbells, yoga mats, and treadmill which will enable you to get a full and complete workout. Additionally, the other half of the garage has been left open for the covered parking of your vehicle.

Upstairs you will find the game room with large windows for natural light with a full-size pool table. To the right, you will notice the entrance doors to a cozy theater/media room that includes surround sound speakers, reclining seats, and a mounted 60-inch 4K UHD smart TV. The media room doubles as the fifth bedroom with its own air mattress and bedding available upon request.

The master guest bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with extra pillows available upon request. In addition, the two (2) other guest bedrooms both have two single beds along with two full bathrooms located in the hallways upstairs.

NASTY and DECEIVING

House was reserved in January. Thursday-2 days before arrival, host says that the county need to come out and make repairs so he’s changing our check in date a day later. Mind you this is Spring Break. Couldn’t get in the house until after 6pm from 5pm check in because cleaner was still there. We enter the home and OMG! Floors were extremely sticky everywhere. Feathers were on the couch. Sink was left nasty. Trash bins were full with pizza boxes on the ground beside them. A used wash cloth was left hanging in the shower, eye lash was stuck to the bathroom mirror. Non of the bathrooms were cleaned. Water bottle (empty) under the bed. No surround sound in theater room. Fitness equipment nasty in the garage. Blonde hair in shower as well as bathroom rugs. The pictures in the post do not match what’s in the home. All the host can say is the group before us did not respect the house rules and he would let the cleaner know about the uncleanliness of home. Host was to refund us from the night he took from us and we have not received it but the money was taken from the card. We left after my 5 yr old said she was uncomfortable, I notified host and still no response. This host/house should not be on site. Total disappointment. The area is real nice but far from anything in town such as The Zoo, Space Center and The Galleria.
