    Before arrival, the lead guest completes a secure online check-in, including agreement to Guest T&Cs and submission of valid photo ID.



    ✓ Security deposit or damage waiver

    Choose between a fully refundable £300 security deposit or a £25/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at £110).



    All steps are completed securely online prior to arrival.



    Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property.



    Smoking/vaping: Strictly no smoking indoors. A £1000 charge applies to cover deep cleaning and damage if evidence is found.



    Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
