"Overall excellent hotel stay with very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant food quality and prep were excellent with well trained staff and prompt service. Valet, front desk and room service staff shined!"

Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
"La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. ..."

"The room was clean but a/c didn't cool well and the tv kept flickering. The shower leaked between the doors. Staff completed their job but not very friendly while doing it. When I checked out the guy didn't even look at me."
