“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”

“This was such a great place. Cozy and clean. Great staff. We had a double room with kitchen which was great for all 6 of us. We cooked and we weren't cramped. We really had a great stay. ”

“I had a very frustrating experience I booked through Expedia. I was charged $63 more at the hotel than what I was originally quoted, which is unacceptable. For that price, I could have stayed at Hilton instead. What’s even more concerning is that when I repeatedly asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear or consistent answer. “The breakfast was very good. Hot, real eggs and bacon, potatoes, choices of breads and cereals/oatmeal. No fruit to speak of. The staff was all very professional and friendly. However, the hotel condition was subpar. The elevator was filthy, debris all over the floor and scuff marks on the walls. The stairwell reminded me of a parking garage stairwell. “We had a very tough time here. Room was very clean, well furnished but very small and it felt claustrophobic at times. So many steps made or exhausting. Not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. Parking set up was a disaster and very loud and continuous train whistles disrupted our sleep ”
