“Was the worst experience we have had since we started traveling. Checked in and room got there and tv didn’t work some lights over bed didn’t work and most of all air didn’t work. They moved us to another room get off elevator and floors look like a frat party gone wild and get to room walk in turn on lights and roaches or bed bugs start moving on bed walls and everywhere. Grabbed my bag and said to my husband nope hell no we are out. Got back in elevator down to lobby and showed video and asked...

I was presented with a bill less than I was charged with. After talking for 5 plus minutes, they gave me another bill with actual amount charged. Breakfast was okay, check out was smooth.”
