"Location of the elevator is inconvenient. You have to walk all the way to one end to use it and then walk all the way back to the other end where the room was. Hotel was pretty good otherwise. Area around the hotel is a bit run down"

"Loved it and would stay in the future. Unfortunately we weren’t in Asheville for very long so we didn’t explore the property as much as I would like but it’s literally minutes from downtown and all staff was very nice. They also provide a shuttle if you don’t feel like driving"
