“Personale cordiale ”

“Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...

“The room I was assigned was not closed when I first got there. There were stains and hair in one of the beds. There were fingers nails in the shower. The A/C buttons controlling how much air gets put out was broken. There were flys in the apartment.”

“Hotel was beautiful, problems with check in. Staff made rude comments to my family after swimming. Also woken up at 6am by noisy room beside us.”

“We loved the breakfast options, the room itself was wonderful. The rest of the hotel was not over all clean. I never leave reviews but I couldn’t get over how unclean it was in the lobby. The kitchen area was clean (where the food resides). There was one girl upfront juggling everything by herself. Every few minutes you would get the strongest smell of marijuana. There were positives and negatives overall.”
