Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a large, fully fenced front yard, leading to an even bigger covered dock and floating dock — perfect for relaxing or playing on the water.

4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms — 3 bedrooms have private en-suites!

This place was perfect for our group of eleven. The location was far enough away form everything that you felt in the "country" but close enough to be able to go into town. The gazebo or whatever you want to call it is truly awesome. great place to hangout with the family right on the river. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock as well. If I am ever in the area again we will book this gem again for sure.

The property was perfect for our stay! We celebrated our son's 21st birthday. Heand all of his friends loved the layout of the space. There was a king room on the backside, and all other rooms were on the front side of the house. This allowed my husband and I to get away when needed, and the young ones space to feel a bit of freedom. The kitchen was ample. I did bring a few things from home but hardly needed to. It is well stocked with everything you need for your vacation meals. The location was super nice. That country feel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not far from the Charleston airport if you have family flying in. Less than 2 hours away from Columbia, as well. Fully fenced, large back yard, which our dog thoroughly enjoyed. The set up on the river was perfect! The young ones used the available kayaks and tubes to enjoy the water during the day, and had luck fishing at night. Hubs caught a bit of game insights on the tv set up out there, and I enjoyed the peacefulness and bird watching. Quiet hours were easy to maintain because everyone wanted to chill and go along with the vibe of the house. There was plenty of parking, which was our ultimate decider as our son had multiple friends coming from all over as they were spread to several different colleges. The hosts are so great! Easy communication the whole time. No issues while staying here at all. There is wifi, but calls do drop.

Title: Peaceful Riverfront Escape – Perfect for Families & Dogs!We had the most wonderful stay at No Wake Zone! From the moment we arrived, Heather and Chris made us feel so welcome—they even greeted us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, such a thoughtful touch. Communication was easy and warm throughout our stay.The property itself is absolutely gorgeous—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and serene. I stayed with my two adult daughters (18 and 23) and our dogs, and it was perfect for all of us. We loved having our morning coffee at the boathouse, stargazing on the dock at night, and sharing meals together by the river. Kayaking on the river and swimming were such highlights of our trip, and our dogs had the best time running and playing in the fenced-in backyard.This home truly gave us the balance of comfort, fun, and relaxation we were looking for. We are already planning to come back again!

Property was as described, host was easily reached and answered any questions we had beforehand. The property was exactly what we were looking for and worked perfect for our group of six adults and 4 kids ages 1-4. Fantastic Stay

We held our family reunion at this lovely property along the Edisto River. Tons of space both inside and out, from the screened porch, to the fenced yard, to the huge covered deck along the water. The deck area includes refrigerator, TV, and plenty of comfy seats to sit and watch the river go by. Communication was great, kitchen was well supplied, and we had a terrific experience. We definitely recommend this home.
