“Pool closed at 8:00 PM while it’s still light out. Pool was not very clean. Not many seating options in the dining area for people to eat. Lots of dogs barking at 9:30 at night. We called and it seemed to help. Front counter staff was not friendly at all. The location was nice. We most likely won’t stay here again.”

“I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I found multiple long black hairs in the bed linens as well as in the bathroom. Finding someone else’s hair in areas that should have been thoroughly cleaned was both unhygienic and disgusting.
I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, but unfortunately nothing meaningful was done to address the situation during the remainder of my stay. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I expected...
