Dit is een heerlijk vakantiehuis met zwembad en een prachtige tuin met zitjes, zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. Het ligt in een mooie omgeving in de heuvels van Lazio en is een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome, Tivoli of het meer van Bracciano. Er zijn ook mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. Kortom een perfecte plek voor een actieve en tevens relaxte vakantie.

Loredana und ihre Eltern sind ĂŒberaus freundlich und hilfsbereit-Dank an sie fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit seinen 3 Pavillons und dem großen Pool. Überall blĂŒhen Blumen. Die Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen, sodass die Lage ebenfalls sehr gut ist. Wir kommen wieder!

Der Checkin war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen schönen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Pool, der privat genutzt werden kann. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Wohnung oben drĂŒber. In zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage in den anderen RĂ€umen nicht. In den Badezimmern gibt es zwar Fenster, aber man kann nicht gut lĂŒften, da sich diese im hinteren GebĂ€udeteil befinden und es dort nur KellerschĂ€chte gibt. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man sehr gut TagesausflĂŒge nach Rom machen. In der NĂ€he von Umgebung gibt, gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das vermietete Objekt kein Ferienhaus ( wie in der Beschreibung bei Fewo benannt ) sondern eine Ferienwohnung im Wohnhaus der EigentĂŒmerin ist. Die Information an Fewo ist erfolgt, doch leider haben wir bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt keinerlei RĂŒckmeldung zu o.a. Sachverhalt. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und ordentlich. Stuhlhussen und Gardinen bedĂŒrfen allerdings eine WĂ€sche. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und unser Aufenthalt auf dem GrundstĂŒck sehr angenehm. In der Umgebung ist es leider unmöglich ordentliche Gastronomien zu finden, was das Essengehen enorm einschrĂ€nkte.

Wir fanden eine Ă€ußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung vor! Dazu ein schöner Swimmingpool in einem wunderschönen angelegten Garten. Der Garten umfasst dazu drei verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Das Alles zur alleinigen Nutzung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der NĂ€he gelegen. Loredana als Gastgeberin wohnt oberhalb und stand fĂŒr Tipps und Fragen jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung. AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€here Umgebung und nach Rom sind von dieser Wohnung sehr gut machbar. Auch hier kann die Gastgeberin mit guten Empfehlungen weiterhelfen. Wir haben uns hier im August 2023 perfekt aufgehoben gefĂŒhlt. Einfach top und sehr empfehlenswert!

We had the pleasure of staying here for just four nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Loredana welcomed us at the entrance and provided a nice selection of food and drinks as a welcome gift. The property completely self contained and is all situated on one ground floor level, it is adjoined to Loredana’s home on the first floor. It has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay and you have the comfort of knowing the owner is immediately contactable if there was an emergency. We had the benefit of three seating areas, all with shade from the afternoon sun, a great pool and terraced space. It is a very private, well maintained holiday home with all the comforts of a modern family home and is elegantly decorated throughout. it has three spacious bedrooms, two nice shower rooms/WCs and a very good kitchen. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place in the Italian countryside with easy access to Rome. I would recommend a car for accessing the local shops and restaurants which Loredana was happy for us to park on the private drive which was also gated. Very worthy of 5-stars, we hope to come back!

haben wir hier gefunden. Die Wohnung ist mit Hingabe und Stil-Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und dem schönen Swimmingpool ist zum Relaxen hervorragend geeignet. Deze villa is zonder twijfel het fijnste verblijf dat wij hebben gehad. Het is een fantastisch huis en alles wat je nodig hebt is in zeer ruime mate aanwezig. De tuin met het zwembad en de overdekte zitjes is echt fijn. De ligging van het huis is gunstig. Het ligt in een rustige buurt. Het enige wat je soms hoort is het blaffen van honden in de buurt maar dit is niet storend. Binnen een uurtje sta je in het centrum van Rome en het meer van Bracciano en Tivoli zijn ook goed bereikbaar. De eigenaresse is een goede host. De communicatie verloopt zeer vlot. De eigenaresse en haar ouders wonen boven de vakantiewoning maar stellen zich zeer discreet op. Wij hebben dus zeer genoten van ons verblijf en vinden het zeker een aanrader.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Am meisten hat uns der Garten und Pool-Bereich begeistert. Wirklich wĂŒnderschön angelegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die EigentĂŒmerin wohnt oberhalb und es war immer jemand bei Fragen fĂŒr uns da. Wir sind mit dem Auto zum nĂ€chsten grĂ¶ĂŸeren Bahnhof gefahren. Von dort fĂ€hrt alle 10 Minuten eine Bahn nach Rom . FĂŒr uns war es perfekt. Wir waren in 45 Minuten in Rom und wenn wir zurĂŒck kamen hatten wir ein tolles ruhigen Haus mit sehr schönem Garten und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

We stay 2 weeks in this house and we was so happy, the pool is nice for all, especially for my teenagers , and all around with different externally areas, make us all really happy The house is with a good equipment, the double beds are very comfortable The two single beds are not for big people. We was with a 16 year old boy and a 14 year old daughter and all of us feel so comfortable there. You will find good restaurants , stores , supermarkets around (10 km) from the house and in 40 min you are in the center of Rome -really aceptable. Thanks Loredana for all

We were staying at Villa for one week and the house was very nice, clean, big enough for four person. Swimming pool was big enough to chili down during the hot days. Loredana arranged very nice birthday dinner for 8 person with wines and flowers. Everything worked well during the holiday week. I will recommend this place. De woning is heel mooi en ziet eruit als in de advertentie. Gezellige tuin en mooi zwembad. De kamers heel verzorgd, ruime badkamers, grote living. Alleen de keuken kan beter uitgerust worden. Zo is er geen snijplank of schaar, slechts 1 kom (met 8 personen) en wel voldoende pannen, 2 deksels maar deze passen nergens op. Er is ook een tekort aan messen en gewone glazen. Soit, dat is niet het ergste. Maar... wat men er niet bij verteld is dat er tussen 14u en 16u absolute stilte moet zijn in de wijk. Dus geen gespetter en gelach in het zwembad of er rond. In ons gezelschap waren geen kleine kinderen meer maar 2x kwam de eigenaar (die boven woont) klagen terwijl er echt niet veel lawaai was. Dat zet wel een domper. Tip voor de eigenaar: zet dat in je advertentie! Verder een prima uitvalsbasis om Rome te verkennen; half uurtje rijden naar station en 15 min. op de trein (spotgoedkoop: 1,5€/p!) en je bent er!

Wir bedanken uns bei Loredana und ihrer Familie fĂŒr den tollen Urlaub. Die Villa ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und genau so schön wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Das Haus, der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind fantastisch, alles zur alleinigen Nutzung und sehr ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gleich in der NĂ€he. Dank guter Tipps der Vermieterin haben wir viele AusflĂŒge besonders nach Rom unternommen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit nach einer kurzen Autofahrt in den Zug in die Altstadt einzusteigen. De woning voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Net zo mooi als op de foto’s. Rustig gelegen en voorzien van alle gemakken. Uitgebreide ingerichte keuken en alle apparatuur. Een fijn huis waar je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen. En als kers op de taart nu uitgerust met een fijn zwembad. In de tuin waren ook diverse fijne plekken zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. Kortom alle ingrediĂ«nten voor een fijn verblijf. We hebben erg genoten in dit prachtige huis.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacance en famille à Rignano Flaminio, dans l'appartement de Loredana. La position de l'appartement nous a permis de visiter Rome et ses alentours, et de profiter de la "dolce vita" à l'italienne dans un jardin superbe, avec plusieurs coins de relaxation. La piscine nous a permis de nous rafraichir aprÚs les visites . Nous avons retrouvé une cuisine complétement équipée, y compris une lave-vaisselle qui nous a permis de se sentir comme chez nous. Les propriétaires sont discrets, et présent quand nous avons besoin d'un conseil. Nous allons recommander l'endroit à nos amis pour des futures vacances en Italie. Nous avons passĂ© de superbes vacances dans ce lieu enchanteur. La villa est situĂ©e au sein d'un beau lotissement rĂ©sidentiel trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ©, au coeur d'un magnifique jardin fleuri entretenu par le propriĂ©taire des lieux, et tout invite au repos, du coin salon trĂšs confortable, en passant par les transats , les luminaires et bougies qui Ă©clairent le jardin dĂšs la nuit tombĂ©e. On peut dĂ©jeuner ou dĂźner dehors sur une petite terrasse Ă  l'ombre. Cette partie du jardin est entiĂšrement dĂ©diĂ©e aux hĂŽtes. L'intĂ©rieur est trĂšs spatieux et reste frais car situĂ© au niveau infĂ©rieur de la villa. Il est composĂ© d'une suite parentale avec salle de bain, une chambre double avec deux lits simples dans une piĂšce attenante, ainsi qu'une deuxiĂšme grande salle de bain. A l'entrĂ©e, un coin salon, un coin dĂ©jeuner avec une grande table, et une cuisine amĂ©nagĂ©e. L'ensemble est trĂšs propre et raffinĂ©. Le thĂšme floral est prĂ©sent partout dans la maison. Loredana et ses parents sont trĂšs courtois et adorables, ils sont toujours prĂȘts Ă  vous aider, meme s'ils restent trĂšs discrets. Ils vous accueillent avec de multiples petites attentions. La piscine est Ă  deux pas, dans une rue avoisinante, rĂ©servĂ©e aux copropriĂ©taires, et vous trouverez une terrasse pour dĂ©jeuner (bonne cuisine familiale). Nous avons passĂ© un excellent moment. D'autre part, la maison est un excellent point de depart Ă  des excursions diverses. Vous pouvez laisser la voiture au parking de Saxa Rubra (sur la route) et prendre un train pour Rome en quelques minutes si vous souhaitez Ă©viter de conduire dans Rome mĂȘme. La maison est Ă©galement tout prĂȘt des ruines d'Ostia, d'Orvieto et de Tivoli, ou encore du lac volcanique de Bracciano. Nous recommandons ce lieu enchanteur et adaptĂ© aussi bien Ă  une grande famille qu'aux amoureux. Florence et Xavier

Ik zoek en boek al 10 jaar zelf accommodaties/villa's voor de vakantie. Ik dacht dat deze 'te mooi was om waar te zijn' voor deze prijs in het hoogseizoen. Maar het is allemaal waar en prachtig. In vergelijking met andere accommodaties is deze echt super mooi, ruim, kwalitatief erg goed (meubels, bedden, keuken etc.), mooi ingericht, basisvoorzieningen aanwezig (peper, zout etc), het vuil wordt elke dag voor je weg gehaald. Prachtig en mooi onderhouden tuin, met goed meubilair en prachtige verschillende zitjes. Dit zijn de praktische dingen die ons een luxe vakantiegevoel gaven, maar ook Loredana en haar ouders zijn zo super vriendelijk, staan voor je klaar, niets is ze te veel en trots op hun bezit. Loredana en haar ouders wonen 'boven' en de accommodatie is een laag beneden. Maar je hebt volledige privacy ook in de tuin. Let er even op dat je 2 trappen naar beneden moet voordat je van de weg bij je deur bent (voor ons geen probleem en het is het meer dan waard!). Loredana zorgt voor een eerste start met water, wijn, frisdrank en koekjes. Super attent en een warm welkom. Ook tussendoor geeft ze tips over de omgeving en heerlijke restaurants. Er zijn genoeg goede en relatief goedkope restaurants om te eten (zie Tripadvisor). Het is echt een omgeving tussen de lokale bevolking, dat vinden wij erg leuk en de toeristische prijzen ontbreken dan ook. Je bent binnen een uur in Rome en b.v. Tivoli met Villa D'Este. Het meer Bracciano en het kasteel zijn ook erg mooi. Het zwembad is even een stukje de berg af (max. 5 minuten). Het is een buurtzwembad, maar erg leuk om deze aardige lokale mensen te ontmoeten en de kinderen vermaakten zich prima met de andere kinderen. Er zit ook een barretje bij waar je drinken, ijsjes en zelfs pasta kan bestellen. Loredana heeft keurig de badmutsen en zelfs badlakens voor je klaar liggen. Mede dankzij de mooi villa, service van Loredana en haar ouders (niets is ze te veel), de omgeving en de prachtige tuin hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad. We komen zeker terug als we Rome nog een keer willen bekijken. Dit is dus echt een betrouwbare verhuurder (ze heeft overigens meerdere accommodaties te huur).
