Hotel vicino a Riley Lake - Gravenhurst

“Such a great clean brand new renovation. I stayed on the top floor and the room was fabulous. Also really Liked the hot tub and the lit up areas out back for relaxing. Easy location to Gravenhurst beach and shops. Staff responded quickly by text and let us check out an hour late.”

“La struttura è carina, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, i dintorni della struttura ben forniti. Siamo arrivati però alle 6 del pomeriggio e la camera non era ancora pronta. A colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti in piedi perché non c’erano posti ”

“Got there at 7 p.m. after a long drive. Door on office locked. A sign gave two numbers to call...called them repeatedly. Went for dinner in town. Called again...no answer at 9 p.m. Gave up and took another hotel. They would not refund either. Suggest you call ahead during the day to confirm arrangements. I did not see in the room...number of stars on those items a guess from looking at the outside. Low cost is nice as I was by myself and not that worried...but it did not work out.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning in 30+ degrees outside heat. Free WIFI and an excellent selection of television channels.”

“We had a few issues , like telephone wouldn’t work or smoke detectors faulted in the middle of night. Else of that, nice resort great vibe and food”
