Unfriendly staff
The staff was not friendly. One lady that worked in the front door was rude when we asked if a friend who was coming to see us could use de parking (since we were not using it). The next day we asked if we could have a late check out, another concierge said that we had to leave at 10 am, but when we said that the check out time was 10:30 at the website she answered ok, but not after that. We didn't feel welcome at any moment and we're not coming back.

Dear Mr Artur, We are very sorry that you did not feel welcome with us, but with regards to the notes made, we remind you that parking is only available to our customers' cars.(subject to availability). Therefore it was not possible for your friends even if you didn't. you used. Ottimo Hotel a Rimini
Abbiamo dormito una notte in questo hotel; personale estremamente cortese e disponibile; camera ok, bagno ampio e pulito. Colazione: abbiamo sentito la mancanza di qualche forma di proteine, che so, sarebbero bastate delle uova sode. Consigliato in ogni caso.

Capodanno a Rimini
Posizione perfetta, comodo sia alla stazione che alla via principale di Marina Centro. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. L'unica "pecca" è stata la polvere sparsa sui mobili della camera. Per il resto...PERFETTO!

Hotel Villa Luigia stupendo!
Hotel consigliatissimo, camera spaziosa e pulita. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima, vicinissimo al mare e ai negozi. Stazione dei treni raggiungibile in 10-15 min a piedi. Se dovessi tornare a Rimini alloggerei sicuramente ancora li. Ottimo!!!

Nice small hotel in Rimini, perfect for a short break. Parking is limited, but enough during low season. The couple who run the hotel are lovely.

Very pleasant hotel very close to the beach, with plenty of dining options. Staff are lovely and attentive. Only few parking spots available, but that is very common in this area.

Geheimtipp für Rimini
Highlight bei dem kleinen, gepflegten Hotel ist sicher das Frühstücksbuffet und die sehr netten Betreiber / Eigentümer. Service war hervorragend, Zimmer bzw. ganzes Hotel alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer selbst könnte ein wenig größer sein und die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Kleiner Nachteil war die Parkplatzsituation bzw. die Umgebung bei Anreise mit dem Auto. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit bei Anreise vor dem Hotel zu halten. Der zugewiesene Parkplatz war auch sehr eng, sodass wir das Auto für die Dauer des Aufenthalts nicht benützt haben.

We booked a twin room and were delighted to be given 2 double bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms. Staff were so kind and keen to help. I would definitely recomend to others. Located close to sea

Ein gemütliches Hotel zum Wohlfühlen :-)
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Es war ein gemütliches und familiäres Logis mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung. Gerne empfehle ich das Hotel weiter, vor allem für Hotelgäste, welche individuell reisen und eine mondäne Atmosphäre nicht bevorzugen.

Очень удачное местоположение, почти центр Римини. Я бы поставила уверенную 4*. Персонал очень доброжелательный, любые просьбы старается выполнить) Учтите, что если вы не отменили бронь заранее - СПИШУТ ВСЮ СУММУ РАЗОМ!!!

Basic but satisfactory and in a great location
If you want a reasonably priced hotel that covers the basics then Hotel Villa Luigia is solid choice. The staff were friendly (although only one lady seemed to speak English), the hotel had few amenities but provided a breakfast that was OK and was certainly clean and tidy with good air conditioning. The key advantage is it's location: so close to the beach and all the restaurants. For that reason, I'd be happy to go back there.

100 m zum Meer und trotzdem in der Stadt, super!!!
Vorneweg, unser Zimmer war ein bisschen zu klein für einen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt und das war es auch schon mit den Minuspunkten. Ein wunderbar gelegenes, kleines Familienhotel, sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Die padrona und der Patrone extrem nette und hilfreiche Menschen, haben meiner Frau, die sich eine Muschelvergiftung (nicht im Hotel) sehr geholfen (Arzt organisiert, Obst aufs Zimmer, Kontakt mit Arzt und immer freundliche Nachfrage,...) und sich rührend um sie gekümmert. Nicht nur für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Ei oder Omelett,...Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bra hotell med utmärkt service
VIlla Luigia är ett hotell som ligger cirka 3 minuter från stranden och i från stadens nattliv. Hotellet har en mycket trevlig personal med goda engelska kunskaper. Frukosten på hotellet håller italiensk klass, kaffe och kakor. De erbjuder även omelett och diverse kaffe sorter utöver detta. Rummen håller bra standar, rent och snyggt samt en liten kyl för egen förvaring. Hotellet har goda parkerings möjligheter. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell till andra som skall besöka Rimini

clean, convenient to beach
The hotel was clean and only a couple blocks from the beach. The stafff was friendly and breakfast was substantial by Italian standards. There was a small fridge in the room. My husband wasn't crazy about the AC,but it cooled off after awhile, and the shower was good. We were only there one night, but I would stay there again.

Wunderbares 3*-Hotel in Strandnähe
Falls wir mal wieder in Rimini Urlaub machen sollten, würden wir jederzeit wieder unseren Aufenthalt in der "Villa Luigia" buchen. Für ein 3*-Hotel war alles wirklich wunderbar! 1.) das Zimmer: Wir hatten ein renoviertes Doppelzimmer mit Klimaanlage und großem Balkon. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Hier gab es täglich neue Dusch- und Handtücher. Neben etlichen italienischen Fernsehprogrammen, gab es leider nur 2 deutsche Fernsehsender... Aber der Mini-Kühlschrank war super! ;) Wer einen eigenen Fön oder sonstige Geräte mit Stecker mitbringt, sollte definitiv eine Universalsteckdose dabei haben, denn die italienischen Steckdosen sind nicht kompatibel mit den deutschen Steckdosen. 2.) das Personal: Alle waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wer hier kein italienisch kann, kommt immer mit auch wenigen Englisch-Kenntnissen zurecht. :) 3.) das Frühstück: Wir hatten nur "inkl. Frühstück" gebucht, welches typisch italienisch war. Es gab sehr wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, dafür aber umso mehr an Milchhörnchen, Marmelade, Honig, Nougatcreme und dergleichen... sehr sehr viel Süßgebäck eben - vom Kuchen bis zum Croissant alles, was das Herz von jemandem, der gerne süß frühstückt, begehrt. Eine kleine Auswahl an Obst und Müsli hatte man auch. Auf Wunsch, gab es auch Ei zum Frühstück. Bei den Getränken, konnte man sich zwischen Kaffee, Milch, Wasser und Säften entscheiden. 4.) die Umgebung: Der größte Pluspunkt geht an den kurzen Weg zum Strand - nur gute 2 Geh-Minuten vom Hotel aus. Neben zahlreichen Restaurants, Kneipen und Cafes, befanden sich auch etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bankautomaten und Bushaltestellen waren auch direkt um die Ecke. Wenige Meter weiter, konnte man Roller, Fahrräder, Quads, und alle möglichen Fahrzeuge leihen. Das Hotel hat einfach eine top Lage. 5.) der Strand: Wir waren immer von frühs bis nachmittags am hoteleigenen Strand, an dem man gegen Gebühr mindestens eine Strandliege mieten MUSS! Wir hätten zwar lieber mit unserem Strandlaken auf dem Boden gelegen, aber das war hier nicht erwünscht. Dafür war der Strand aber wirklich sehr sauber. Neben Umkleidekabinen und Duschen, gab es auch einen Basketball- und Volleyballplatz, Tischtennisplatten, einen Tretboot-Verleih und vieles mehr. Das Meer ging ewig weit flach hinein, so dass man auf dem weichen Sand schön gemütlich bis ins Tiefe laufen konnte. .....und zum Schluss: In Italien gibt es anscheinend keine Straßenverkehrsordnung! ;) Als Fußgänger muss man aufpassen, dass man an den Fußgängerüberwegen nicht überfahren wird - und als Autofahrer muss man aufpassen, dass man keinen Motorrad-, Roller- oder Fahrradfahrer umfährt. Aber alles halb so schlimm! :) Einen schöneren Sommerurlaub hätten wir uns nicht vorstellen können. Rimini jederzeit wieder im Hotel "Villa Luigia"!
