“I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!”

“This property needs a bit of a refresh. Seems a bit run down, all things considered. It was listed as a 5 star property. It’s more around what I would expect out of a 3/4 star motel. Our room was clean. Layout of the room was subpar. Just one chair for two people. The AC can barely keep up with the palm spring weather in March. “Ants were observed in the ground floor rooms, staff should make guests aware of areas of the hotel where families have been placed as the noise coming through walls and ceilings is disruptive. The pool being open into the evening means all rooms facing the pool deck are subject to noise from guests and their kids”
