“The best part of the hotel is the breakfast The made to order breakfast was excellent!! The lobby is very pretty but that’s it. The decor is old and dated and needs major upgrades. The phone on my room did not work and no one ever came to replace or fix. It. The whole room is too dark and no lamp in the corner on the end tables. All of the Embassy suites should be remodeled. I always stay at Hilton hotels and this was the worst they need to do better. Also we stayed next too the Homewood suites...

“I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. Sink was clogged upon arrival and did not drain - could not properly even brush teeth. Shower gurgled...
