“We cannot say enough about this hotel & it's staff.
1st off we actually got a call from the front desk the day before we left asking us if we wanted to reserve a table for dinner which was awesome & this got us so excited as we were headed to the airport. This was our very 1st day in Ireland & we flew into Shannon at 530am having been up for the flight & previous day we were truly exhausted. We arrived via the water ferry at like 1230pm & when I got to the counter the woman was lovely. It was...
“Visited with friends and had a good stay. The rooms and restaurant were of a high standard. Check in was via App although as I was remote from networks at times it was a bit complex. In room breakfast was good but I would have preferred a cooked Irish. The Restaurant could not take credit cards on the night due to equipment failure so had to pay the next day. Businesses should have back up options available .... spent half an hour standing around while a workaround approach was agreed.”
“Clean, well-run hostel. Family room was good, bed comfy, bathroom clean and nice hot shower. The communal spaces were clean and well kept. Convenient if walking the Kerry Way, only 3km off the route and nicely situated between Cahersiveen and Waterville.”
“Unbeatable place, views are amazing, only problem is there's no AC and that wouldn't be an issue if there were mosquito windows nets, you are in the middle of the woods and there's mosquitos everywhere the room get super hot bc u can't open a single window at night, also there's no lobby restroom or any other restroom besides your room I understand this is not a typical hotel but the property is huge so you could definitely fit one.”
