Motel a Ringgold

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. I booked accommodation for 6 people through Expedia, but upon arrival the hotel manager refused to honor the booking as confirmed. Instead, we were told we had to book and pay for an additional room if we wanted to accommodate everyone. “Being a studio 6 my expectation that it was better maintained, this was basically a typical motel 6 nothing different but the sign”

“The room was clean. The property was a mess, tarps covering carpet. Mattresses out side of the rooms. Pool needs to be bulldozed. I had to get ice from the office. Super disgusting walk ways were stained same with the parking areas”

“Room was clean and everything worked. Lacked some basic things like coffee, iron, hair dryer. Usually had to wait for someone to appear at front desk. Attendants at desk were behind a glass barrier, which made communication difficult. At night you could only stand on the side walk and talk through a glass barrier.”
