Case in affitto a Ringwood

“While everything was fine until check in, we noticed the house had mold in the windows and there was a persistent beeping noise coming from within the owners closet that was locked in the basement bedroom. The beeping noise was loud enough traveled through the house. I reached out to the host asking for help and he didn’t respond until after we had checked out. We couldn’t use basement bedroom and heard beeping throughout the night. Do not recommend.”

“House was very spacious, clean, fully stocked with plenty of space for families. beds are so comfortable. The families and especially the teenagers enjoyed outdoor space. Jacob has a great set up outdoors… corn hole game, golf practice and a fire area. we made s'more and gaze at the beautiful sky at night. We also enjoyed the many indoor games, and enjoyed the large TVs (3) to watch World Cup game matches in HD and excellent speakers. It is a beautiful property very private but also very close...

“My family has stayed here several times over the past few years. The house is always great. Hosts are responsive. The kitchen and rooms are clean. We have been very happy with it.”

“This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog...

“Great house for a big group! We were in town for a wedding and had plenty of space for 10 adults. Everything clean and a nice view from the deck. Kitchen stocked with keurig pods which was very appreciated. Big driveway which was nice.Only thing to note is there’s no communal bathrooms upstairs, 3 of the rooms have en suite bath but the 4th room needs to walk downstairs. Only relevant if you are filling all 6 king/queen rooms.”

“Nice spot, host was responsive and fixed any issues that arose. A few basic items in the kitchen were lacking (no cheese grater, no whisk or foil, and lack of bowls) But we made due. Very windy roads, which is something to get used to.”

“We’ve stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it, so we were disappointed to see the property wasn’t in the same condition as it's been during previous visits. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including difficult-to-operate sliding doors, loose hardware, a dirty deck, and a hot tub with an odor and visible debris that was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our time but hope these issues are addressed, as this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the past.”

“Great place, shops and restaurants nearby, apartment is adorable, clean. Really shows the charm of old Montclair Our host was wonderful”

“What a wonderful, charming house! It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with a big group. We honestly wished we could stay for the whole summer. The pool was delightful, the tennis court provided plenty of fun for our group, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing some fantastic meals together. The only minor issue was that the hot tub didn't seem as clean as it could have been. Fortunately, the weather was so warm that we didn't end up using it anyway, so it didn't impact our...
