“My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell. The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. ”

“New hotel, 1. great Location where you can walk to Otaru’s main tourist attractions, 2. Breakfast were excellent! 3. Laundry: Room TV shows how minutes left for each Laundry unit to finish, so it was super helpful to manage the timing for Landry chore. Little disappointment were, 1. no luggage rack!?! So you have to leave luggage on the floor. 2. Big ofuro had steam sauna (women) but it was a joke. It wasn't hot at all. I was able to do own hot yoga (warm yoga!) ”

“Very convenient location between the rain station and the main attraction street. Very cozy cute hotel. The bathroom was super small though. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and well organised, online waiting room really helped. Per my understanding parking is limited, but we did not have a car. View of the canal was nice. Onsen was pretty small, but at least not that crowded. No sauna and both baths were pretty hot. Other than that, I would stay there again. ”
