Il mio posto è vicino a Garner State Park (3 miglia), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville e Uvalde. Le famose tre sorelle (le migliori strade di guida negli Stati Uniti) Amerai il mio posto a causa della posizione, dell'atmosfera e dello spazio all'aperto. Il mio posto è buono per coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini), grandi gruppi e amici a quattro zampe (animali domestici), Gli animali domestici sono un supplemento di $ 15 ad animale, a notte.
10-11 posti letto Questa spaziosa cabina con 3 camere da letto offre un letto queen size, 3 letti a castello (include un letto a castello pieno e pieno) e 3 letti singoli. Questa cabina dispone anche di una cucina completa, un ampio bagno con ampia cabina doccia, riscaldamento e aria, una veranda coperta coperta, barbecue e tavolo da picnic.

Questa cabina include quanto segue:
Cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a microonde, caffettiera, tostapane, pentole, stoviglie e utensili per preparare i pasti.
Pozzo per barbecue e tavolo da picnic con utensili per grigliare.
Portico coperto con mobili da giardino per sedersi, chiacchierare, leggere o semplicemente non fare assolutamente nulla ma godersi le splendide viste del Texas Hill Country!
Ogni letto ha una trapunta, cuscini e un materasso.  Devi portare i tuoi fogli (Queen, 3 Full e 3 Twin) e asciugamani.

Family Funeral

We loved the great communication and the cabin worked great for our unexpected fast trip to Leakey. So sorry if there was some driving on the grass, some of our family met there to visit and drive to the cemetery together and maybe didn't see the signs, but it was truly an unintentional mistake and we sincerely apologize!!!

Short stay but nice

Cabin was nice . Would had loved to stay longer Only downside was a little too close to busy highway. But it is what it is not a deal breaker . Frio was for the most part dried up . But we made the best of it . Will stay again but when river is back flowing

Great Cabin!

The cabin was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for riding the Twisted Sisters and would be very convenient for floating the Frio as well.

Lovely humble family cabin

We loved this cabin so much. Perfect for a family or close friends. It was simple in the best way possible. Cozy, not fancy, but w head everything we needed. You can’t beat the price. The proximity to the traffic noise is it’s only flaw, but we got used to it and of course it slowed down at night.

We felt like unwelcome guests. We weren't greeted by anyone and really never saw another sole on the property. There were threats, "if you don't do this, we will charge you". Other than wooden chairs, there was no seating for watching TV or just relaxing. After we paid, we were told no refunds and bring your own sheets and towels and the other amenities (paper towels, toilet paper) were sparse. We had trouble locating the place, especially at night. We were there to visit Lost Maples and Garner State Park. After finding these places, we also found more attractive rentals. We were happy to be there for only two nights.

Nice, dog friendly cabin near Garner state park

Great setup, with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating. The only downside was the lack of comfortable indoor seating options. There are two twin beds in the living space which is great for sleeping if you have lots of people in your group. We would have preferred a couple of couches/foutons for use during the daytime as we did not need the additional sleeping space. Overall, it was a well appointed cabin and the host communicated appropriately and clearly.

Stayed here fri-mon.. everything was so great. No one bother us n they have an on site store for us.. felt like home.. the river was so close to n I love how the cabin had a binder of things u need to know. Such as nearby stores etc

Excellent location for Garner Park

This is an excellent place if you are planning to visit Garner Park. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need, except a dishwasher. The lack of dishwasher makes for a hectic checkout, as a family trying to finish breakfast and clean up before leaving. Washing and drying dishes before leaving is a hassle. Also I noticed that some of the pots and pans had grease on them from prior uses, so we cleaned and washed every kitchen item before using. This cabin has plenty of sleeping places but only 4 beds had comfortable mattresses - bigger queen bedroom, 1 twin and both mattresses in a bunker bed. The rest of 3 beds had incredibly soft and worn out mattresses, which makes for uncomfortable rest. As only 5 people were in my party, we were quite satisfied. Overall I am very pleased with the stay and would recommend.
