4 camere da letto, 3 bagni ben tenuti casa sul lungomare di Arroyo Colorado. Ampio portico esterno coperto con tavoli e sedie, gazebo e pontile con luci da pesca "stadio". Pesca notturna eccellente al largo del molo. WIFI ad alta velocità, TV HD da 55 '' con Dish Network e Netflix, cucina completa, barbecue a carbone, lavatrice / asciugatrice, aria condizionata centralizzata. Due box auto ora disponibili per tutti gli affittuari per facilitare le operazioni di carico / scarico e parcheggio rimorchio aggiuntivo.

Situato vicino alla fine della strada vicino alla rampa della barca e consente un accesso facile e veloce alla pesca nella Bassa Laguna Madre. Gode di splendide viste sul Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge situato direttamente sul fiume. 5-10 giro in barca alla foce del fiume dal molo, 1. 5 miglia dalla rampa della barca. La capacità massima è di 8 persone.

We have been renting this home from the owner several years now. This was my fathers favorite place. The owner is quick to reply to your questions and any concerns you may have. The home is beautful and well kept. I loved the upgrades to the home. The porch is huge and great for hanging out. The string lights make the porch glow. The BBQ area is well lit while cooking in the evening. The dock was our favorite hang out in the morning watching the beautiful wild life amd boats going by. My nephew liked fishing at night. The lighting is great. We were able to dock our boat next to the deck. We caught trout off the deck. The boys went out into the laguna and caught some big Red fish and a 25 inch trout. We will be making our reservation for the next trip soon. Thank you again for allowimg us to stay at your beautful get away.

My husband and I stayed here with two friends for 3 nights in March. The size of the house was perfect for our needs. The views from the front decks were entrancing, with Laguna Atascosa NWR just across the channel and the state park 2 doors down. We had the area to ourselves midweek. The fishing lodge next door filled up for the weekend. The location was handy for getting to good birding hotspots.

Great place. Had a total of six employees for a weekend getaway and everyone was comfortable. Had a blast on fishing pier and the boat slips was a plus. Will be a repeat customer.

Very clean, spacious with a large back patio and short distance from private fishing deck. I loved that I was able to wash/dry our clothes and kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, plates were all available to us. Owner was very prompt in replying to messages. We had a blast. Thank you.

We had a great time at this property. Was very clean and well maintained outside and in. It was the perfect spot for fishing for us. We cooked outside and the porch was perfect for dining outside. Definitely will be using this place again whenever we make are way back.
