Convenientemente situato accanto all'Adolph Thomae, Jr. Ingresso al parco della Laguna Atiscosa Wildlife Refuge ..... proprio sull'acqua. A pochi minuti dalla Laguna Madre inferiore per la pesca di prima qualità. L'intero primo piano di questo eccitante Lodge è disponibile per l'affitto. 4 camere da letto, 10 posti letto comodamente. 2 bagni completi con enormi docce, ristrutturati nel 2018.
Include un'area bar e una sala giochi con biliardo, TV e WiFi.
Elegantemente decorato con trofei, arte della fauna selvatica e nuovi letti e biancheria confortevoli. Ampia area cucina .... portare o prendere la tua festa!
A proposito di pesca, cerchiamo di organizzare guide e barche per farti salire a bordo di una barca a Casa Arroyo e affrontare le avventure di pesca per una giornata intera o mezza giornata. Da oltre 30 anni organizziamo pesca e battute di caccia.
Questo noleggio comprende anche un molo illuminato per la pesca notturna, grande mazzo party e area barbecue. Un sacco di parcheggio. Ottimo per gruppi o famiglie e abbiamo spazio aggiuntivo per un massimo di 24.

Upon arrival of the property, the yard grass was tall and tree branches scattered throughout the front and backyard. The following morning, the owner decides to wake everyone up early in the morning by cutting the grass with the lawnmower. Then he decides after he’s done to walk inside with out knocking, saying he needs to check the ac thermostat, and then yells at my guests who were awake at the time complaining about setting the thermostat at a low temperature. The owner also did the same thing to the guests who rented upstairs. I will never rent this place again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone else. Never again 😞

We had issues with the air conditioner in the beginning but Doug had someone come over within an hour to have it fixed. Great house and plenary of room for large group.

The house was awesome. The view from inside out was exceptional. We didn’t miss a thing. So many fun areas to hang out in. This house was perfect for what we needed and wanted!

Our stay couldn't be any better. Enjoyed every second of it. Property manager respond right away to any question we had when reaching out thought text or phone call.

Very clean and well maintained. Newly stained and painted. Lovely decks and grilling areas overlooking the Colorado Arroyo River. Great place to relax and fish from. Large well appointed kitchen, lots of seating and a comfy living room area. Owner was very helpful and retrieved items that we needed per our request. Safe area - Adolph Thomae County Park a pleasant place to take a walk or bike.

Overall it was a good stay and the owners were real good at answering all our questions. The cabin is amazing and more than enough room for a large family... Will be definently returning next year!

Nice facility but way overpriced. Had to pay extra to cleaning lady to check our bags/groceries etc in early but I agreed to it. Never had to do that at other places in the area. Has a pool table but unable to play very well due to table too close to a wall. One towel and one wash cloth per person. Very little cookware available (pots/pans etc.). Facility does have a big ice machine which is a plus. No washer/dryer for you to use. The biggest turnoff was the presence of the owners and or cleaning lady in the upper level for a large part of our stay. Not that we were going to be destructive or anything but it is not too fun when you feel like someone is watching over you all of the time. Even though we had it rented for three nights, we only stayed two. We couldn't park in the driveway due to the owners constantly needing in/out. Needless to say, this type of rental is not for us. Lesson learned. The owner (lady) was very nice. The trip just wasn't very fun or relaxing but was very expensive to not have the privacy as expected. To add to the disappointment, two of our three boats experienced problems the last day. With that and the above mentioned, it was time to leave.
