This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed.
It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

“We loved our entire stay in our deluxe room. A resort style boutique in a residential area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but it was really comfortable when we did. Uber/Lyft is very convenient and inexpensive to mostly everything. A lot of things are with walking distance as well. We will definitely stay at this property again! I would truly recommend for couples.”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio .
Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. After the third attempt, I spoke Spanish and she took my call. Other than the front desk lady the hotel is really clean and does not get humid like the others. I highly recommend the hotel.”
