“Good things first: The rooms were clean and free from bugs. The air conditioning worked as well and wasn't too loud. The breakfast buffet was standard but adequate. The pool/spa was completely empty and being used as a storage location for spare parts, furniture, and appliances. Some reviews mentioned this but the property is still advertised as having a pool. “The experience was not good. We were able to sleep there, that is about it. Pool was closed and the floors were not clean. The mattresses looked like that had been badly soiled and not replaced. This property is not doing anything as far as upkeep. I had to tighten screws on the shower knobs just to be able to turn the handles. I should have been paid to stay there because of all the issues. The safety lock on the door only had 2 out of 4 screws even holding it in. We will not stay a this...

“Very clean rooms and good breakfast. I didn't know it was an "animal friendly hotel." Unfortunately, that was something I didn't like. A dog was barking next door for about 45 minutes, straight and I don't like animals in the dining area.”
