“This hotel’s location is ultra-convenient, and the river running directly in front of it is beautiful. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is nice, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The bathroom is on the small side, which may present some difficulty for anyone assisting a small child with bathing. It wasn’t a problem for our family, though. Would stay here again.”

“I took a mini vacay for the grandkids. Been to Gatlinburg many times. First time in this hotel. Super nice and very clean. Accommodations were above standard. Our beds were amazing. The balcony was way bigger than expected. We were on the 6th floor. Within walking distance to almost everything. Only dislike was the $15/night parking. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It was very pretty in the lobby, hot tub. But pool could have been warmer,better steps in deep pool and pumps turned on in the outside pool with a little heat in water it was freezingcold oit there....but the pavilion was gorgeous and I LOVED SEEING THE BEARS THERE! The staff was awesome!!!! The unique pool area was cute, amd outside deck on pool was very nice just to cold of water n pumps weren't on to circulate the bees lol..”

Was able to see my first bear. Food area was just enough to get coffee and a little breakfast. Accommodations were good - clean and comfy. Easy access to Smokey Mountains. Also close to Pigeon Forge (Dolly Pardon Stampede) and Asheville where we visited Biltmore Estate. Will definitely stay here again.”

“This Resort saved my Vacation. It was such a pleasure to stay here. The details in the property and price was amazing. Themed to a log Cabin in the woods and many Historic information abou the Appalachian trail. I found myself just admiring all the artwork and theming througout the property. It was like staying in a museum of informatiom. Waterslides for the kids. Rooms amazing themed. I felt loke i was staying in a Log Cabin. Beds incredible comfortable. Highly recommend.”
