“It’s a great historic hotel. Brings you back to the days when times were simpler. Bathroom was updated and beds comfortable. Room was clean as well as the common areas. Breakfast was typical hotel continental and decent. Great location since it’s right in the middle of the parkway strip. Request a balcony in front of the hotel for street view if occasional noise from the street doesn’t bother you. Will definitely book here again.”

“There is ample parking, the walls of the rooms are thin and can get noisy. Was able to hear people loudly up until 2 or 3 am and being a light sleeper I couldnt sleep well, Otherwise the stay was fine.”

“Great place to stay in Gatlinburg!. room was clean and spacious, Food in the lounge was delicious. Having the trolly was super nice, no need to look for parking or pay for it. The only down side was the coffeemaker in the room and the lack of coffee and creamer to use it. However, we would totally stay again and again.”
