La villa dei sogni, perfetta.
Abbiamo alloggiato in cinque e ci siamo sentiti meglio che a casa. La descrizione della villa, fatta dal proprietario è perfetta. Michele, gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi e ci ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per sentirci subito a nostro agio. Gli interni sono curati nei minimi dettagli e conservati molto bene, le stanze sono spaziose e funzionali. Il giardino è meraviglioso, il cortile ampio e meglio di qualsiasi resort. Dal balcone la vista del vulcano Etna è da cartolina. La posizione è strategica per visitare il nord della Sicilia, con l'autostrada si raggiunge velocemente anche il sud. Il paese è fornitissimo di tutto. Soggiorno perfetto. Torneremo appena possibile.

Perfect house for holiday in Catania area
We enjoyed two weeks holiday in this beautiful house. The house is in perfect condition and very well equipped and furnished, everything was very clean and nothing was missing. The layout of the house is very well thought out, the bedrooms are in the cooler basement, but the rooms are still very bright thanks to the windows. If that's not enough in summer, there are also well-functioning air conditioning units installed. We immediately felt at home. The large garden is also fantastic, and thanks to the pool and the games (e.g. basketball) there was never a dull moment. Of course there was a barbecue, which was also very clean. Communication with Michele was always absolutely smooth and he also gave us lots of tips for excursions. The location is ideal for excursions to the north (Taormina, Messina) but day trips to Syracuse and the South are also possible thanks to the good connections. There are long beaches with fine pebbles in the immediate vicinity (5-10 minutes by car). You have to travel further by car to reach sandy beaches in this area. The only drawback we found was sometimes the noise of the road, which passes about 30 - 40 metres from the house. All in all, Michele's house is highly recommended for holidays in Sicily.

Beautiful house, friendly host.
The house is wonderful. The sleeping rooms are in the basement, which is perfect for hot days. All electric devices functioned. The garden is lovely with charming details. Very well maintained. We didn't find the private walk down to the water, but there is no need for that. There is a calm street down. The host offered us a warm welcome. English speaking, very reliable and helpful with insider tipps for trips in the area.

Amazing
Beautiful house, beautiful garden We have just had 2 wonderful weeks in this house. Thank you Mikele, there was everything there that we needed, very clean and well maintained garden and pool. We found some lovely restaurants very close by, and found getting around quite easy with the sat nav.

Superbe maison

Maison avec tres beau jardin
Maison avec tout le confort necessaire , bien equipee, piscine agreable et magnifique jardin. Le seul inconvenient est que la maison est au bord d'une route passante et donc bruyante la nuit. L'hote Michele etait tres a l'écoute et repondait à nos delandes rapidement.

wunderschönes ferienhaus
wir haben den aufenthalt sehr genossen, das ferienhaus ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, es gibst eine außenküche und diverse sitzgelegenheiten im großen, wunderschön angelegten garten, den pool haben wir jeden tag genutzt ebenso den kleinen basketballplatz, der vermieter ist sehr freundlich, wir haben ausflüge nach syrakus und zum ätna gemacht und viel selbst gekocht. ich glaube es war unser bislang schönstes ferienhaus

Toller Familienurlaub
Wir waren im Juni für eine Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus! Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Wirklichkeit. Michelle ist unglaublich nett und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Toller Gastgeber! Die Außenanlage und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige negative ist die Umgebung. Dreckig und nicht so schön. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele in 1- 1 1/2h zu erreichen. Auch für unseren 2 jährigen Sohn wurde ein Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt.

Schönes Anwesen
wir verbrachten ein Woche mit zwei großen Jungs auf dem Anwesen. Der Empfang, wie auch die gesamte Kommunikation vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt mit Michele waren durchweg super. Er war immer erreichbar, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ganz herzlichen Dank auch für den Imbiss am ersten Tag, den er uns für kleines Geld gerichtet hat. Das Haus selbst bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, der Garten ist großartig und sehr gepflegt. Die zahlreichen Fischläden und einige Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Was leider nicht geht ist im Meer baden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dafür ist der Pool perfekt, der auch regelmäßig gewartet wird. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Bei uns auf dem Programm standen natürlich der Etna, aber auch Taormina, Noto (unbedingt machen) und Syrakus. Für uns das Highlight war das große Anwesen (mitsamt der frischen Zitronen für unsere Getränke) und die Tatsache, dass wir alleine da wäre.

Great and calm spot
The house and the fully private premises is huge and as most Italian houses quite dark on the inside; however the outside area is splendid for a calm and anonym stay with your family; playing football on the very nice grass, swim in the pool, everything calm and outstandingly well maintained...the sleeping rooms are in the cellar, sometimes lacking a bit fresh air but if your priority is time spent on the outside is a priority, a perfect spot!!! The sea is near but does not have a beach, for seaside activities you need to take the bike or car...

2023 Sicily visit.
Michele was an excellent host. He was waiting at the villa when we arrived and he spent some time with us showing us around the garden and pool then the inside of the villa. Everywhere was very clean and well looked after. He suggested places to visit and local close-by restaurants. We found the fridge-freezer had stopped working one morning so I Whatsapped Michele who replaced it by lunch time. For our first few days the weather was cloudy and rainy but afterwards it was clear and sunny and that was when we got our great first view of Etna. Great base for driving to see the sights, you will need a car. Thank you Michele for looking after us on our Sicily visit.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Rundum perfekt!
Michele ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation funktioniert schnell und einfach via WhatsApp. Das Haus ist rundum gesichert mit Fliegengitter sowie grossen Eisengittern, welche das Haus vor einem Einbruch schützen sollen. Besonders die Eisengitter waren für uns sehr praktisch, da wir so Türen und Fenster offen haben konnten, ohne dass unsere drei jährige Tochter aus den Fenstern fallen oder sie durch die Türe alleine zum Pool konnte. Bei Bedarf kann man alle Tür- und Fenster-Gitter öffnen. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es keine anderen Wohnhäuser. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Zitrusfrüchte, Kaki und vieles mehr. Der Garten ist sehr gross und schön. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl und war total entspannt.

Really Nice Villa
Mikele's Villa is really nice. It is set in lovely gardens behind its own gates. You can still see Etna from the property, which is nice. Inside the Villa there is everything you would want and more. From Suncream, coffee, toilet rolls to ingredients in the cupboards there wasn't anything else needed. The Villa even had a range of deterrents for those pesky Mosquito's of which there are many. Do bring extra as you will need it. The bed was the most comfortable, we have slept on in a hired villa. Swimming pool is great and safe for kids also. Mikele was the perfect host and I would recommend his Villa. Additional info. The Villa is near the town of Riposto. It is not a tourist town but an Italian working one. However to right of the Villa there is the little village of Torre Archirafi which has bars and restaurants mainly used by the Sicilians. This is a 15 mins walk by the sea which is lovely. Be aware that most start to close for winter from 3rd week Sept. If you want to go anywhere else you need a car. Catania is approx 60 mins away on the toll road (which you will need 0.70e at the end of it). Roads and driving is not the best in Sicily. Taormina is approx 45 mins on the toll road and Naxos is 30 mins. There are some beaches past Riposto which have beach areas call Lidos which you will need to pay to go in.

Tolles Haus mit herrlichem Garten und schönem Pool
Mikeles Haus war eines, wenn nicht das schönste, welches wir bis jetzt gemietet hatten und wir waren die letzten 15 Jahre mindesten einmal im Jahr in Italien in einer Ferienwohnung oder einem Ferienhaus. Das Objekt entsprach zu 100 Prozent der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Auf den Bildern ist gar nicht zu sehen, wie schön es ist. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Platzierung der Schlafzimmer im Keller ist auch von Vorteil, da es dort sowieso kühler ist und man den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Nur die Betten hätten etwas länger sein können. Der Garten mit dem Grillbereich beim Pool ist wunderschön und hat mit den hohen Palmen, den Bananenstauden und Citrusbäumen einen parkähnlichen Charakter. Der Pool ist gepflegt und mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Mikele war über WhatsApp immer zu erreichen, wenn es auch nicht nötig war. Die Lage vom Ferienhaus war perfekt. Das Meer war zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt dort zwar keinen Sandstrand, dafür aber kleine Kiesbuchten und einen Steg ins Wasser. Torre Archiraffi und Riposto und damit zahlreich Restaurants und Bars waren ebenfalls fußläufig über die Uferpromenade in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in erreichbarer Nähe von Sirakusa bis Taormina und natürlich der Ätna bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Mooie vakantiewoning op een prachtig domein
We werden voor en bij aankomst uitzonderlijk goed ontvangen. De vakantiewoning was bijzonder netjes en beschikt over alle nodige comfort en meer. De slaapkamers waren aangenaam koel om in te slapen. Maar buiten is het echt een klein paradijsje. Een prachtige, mooi onderhouden domein, vol citroen- en andere bomen met zicht op de indrukwekkende vulkaan. Een heerlijk terras met buitenkeuken en een zwembad. Helemaal privé. Een perfecte plek om tot rust te komen en van daaruit de rest van het eiland te ontdekken. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf!

Super séjour !
Nous avons passé en famille 10 jours en Sicile. Le jardin est magnifique, avec de nombreux espaces différents et très bien aménagés pour profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre selon les envies le tout au milieu des citronniers. La maison n'est pas au coeur des spots touristiques, elle permet d'accéder à moins de 2 km à tous les commerces utiles. Merci à Michele pour son accueil et son attention très appréciable à notre arrivée tardive.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Garten
Das Haus von Michele hat alles was man braucht: viel Platz zum Wohnen und Schlafen, einen tollen Garten mit Pool. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden (incl. Handtücher, Kaffee, Essig/Öl, Gewürze,...) Auch ein Kinderbett für unsere zweijähirge Enkelin hat Michele zur Verfügung gestellt und war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir könnne die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sizilien Urlaub Pfingsten 2022
Schönes Ferienhaus mit Kellergeschoss (sehr vorteilhaft bei hohen Temperaturen. Zum Schlafen bleibt es im Keller angenehm kühl). Schöner grosser Garten mit vielen exotischen Pflanzen. Michele war sehr freundlich und hat alles Wichtige bei der Schlüsselübergabe erklärt. Vielleicht sollte man noch eine zusätzliche Sonnenliege zur Verfügung stellen. Es sind nur 2 Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Angenehm war dass Michele während unseres Aufenthaltes uns absolut in Ruhe gelassen hatte und wir unserem Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus ungestört genießen konnten.

Litet paradis bland fruktträden
En liten pärla med bra avstånd om du vill besöka Taormina, Etna, Siracusa osv. Kan rekommendera en utflykt till Cava grande dell Cassibile om man gillar lite äventyr, ravin med häftigt bad i botten. Mysigt hus i Italiensk stil med en jättefin trädgård som var perfekt för barn att springa runt och leka på. Häftigt för barnen att plocka egna apelsiner och se Etna torna upp sig med rinnande lava i bakgrunden! Finare trädgård än på bild med perfekt pool till barnen och mysigt område med grillplats i skugga i anslutning för tex lunch. Tomten har grind till gatan vilket också var skönt så man behövde inte oroa sig för barnen och bilar. Skönt m svala sovrum en trappa ned. Enklare kök men det mesta fanns tillgängligt förutom en kaffekokare:) Michele är en väldigt trevlig värd och man kunde lätt hålla kontakt och ställa frågor genom whatsApp. Rekommenderar⭐️

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit Palmen, Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen und ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur und eine ausreichende Größe. Nur die Leiter am Pool ist nicht optimal beim Aus-dem-Wasser-steigen. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Paradise in Sicily
This property is outstanding. Our host Michel was wonderful and so gracious. We were met at the property withs smiles, a bottle of delicious wine and to die for cookies from a local merchant. Michel was easy to reach via WhatsApp and promptly responded to any enquiries or questions we had from booking to checkout. He came the night before we left to let us know the closing procedure and again brought some local canolis. All were delicious. A 3 bed house where the rooms were nice and cool for sleeping. A kitchen with everything you could need or want. Property was super clean, quiet, with groves of lemon and orange trees to enjoy. This is some of the best fruit I have eaten, picked straight off the tree! Plenty of space for shady days and sunny spots. Pool was great and clean. We were also lucky to have a view of Mt Etna from the property and were awarded a front row seat to this spectacular site. She erupted for most of the time we were there and we could see the lava flow from the house, a once in a lifetime chance for us. We loved our time there and would go back in an instant.

Un magnifique séjour
Nous sommes venus en famille et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Une très jolie maison avec un magnifique jardin clos. Idéal pour les enfants. Michele, le propriétaire, est très intentionné et à l'écoute. Tout est propre dans la maison, et tout est prévu : on ne manque de rien. En ce qui concerne les sorties : plein de choses à faire et d'endroits à visiter aux alentours (Syracuse, Taormine, Catane et surtout l'impressionnant Etna). Bref, un super séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

16 schöne Tage in Riposto
Das kleine Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten war wirklich sehr schön. Für den Monat November hatten wir noch relativ gutes Wetter. Der Vermieter Michele war sehr nett und hat uns kurz vor der Heimreise noch mit einer süßen Überraschung besucht. Preis Leistung hat gepasst. Das Haus kann man empfehlen. Gerne irgendwann mal wieder. Tolles Haus
Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr schön. Michele stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung und war sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und gewährleistet Privatsphäre. Im Haus selbst gab es alles, was man sich wünschen kann, wenn man sich auch mal eigenständig verpflegen möchte. Der Ort Riposto ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Gegend. Mietwagen ist aus meiner Sicht ein Muss. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Haus zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten!
Wir waren im Oktober in Sizilien und waren von dem Haus ganz begeistert. Alles nicht ganz neu, aber mit Charme und in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Sauberkeit verdient 5 Sterne und der Garten ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Michele (der Vermieter) nimmt sich Zeit und gibt sehr gute Tipps. Bei der Umgebung habe ich einen Punkt abgezogen, was daran lag, dass der Ort nicht sehr einladend wirkte (viele Restaurants waren geschlossen, eventuell auch Corona bedingt). Aber als Ruheoase oder als Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren, ist die Lage des Hauses sehr gut. Zudem wundervoller Blick auf den Ätna.

Kleines Paradies
Wunderbarer Empfang von Michele, der sich viel Zeit genommen hat. Traumhaftes Grundstück, sehr gepflegte Anlage, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus putzig und traditionell, alles da was man braucht. Mit dem Auto schnell überall hingekommen. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Super séjour
La propriété est très agréable et Michèle une personne charmante et très serviable se souciant du bien être de ces locataires. Il manque juste un peu d’ustensiles de Cuisine (couteaux qui coupent, cafetière trop petites pour 5, pinces à linge) Une douche extérieur serai aussi très agréable pour profiter encore mieux de cette belle propriété. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore MICHÈLE

Propriété spacieuse, bien localisée pour visiter le côté orientale de l'île. Vue sur l'Etna et à 100m de la mer. Michele est accueillant et arrangeant. Une adresse a conseiller.

Großer Garten, Ruhe, schönes Haus
Garten liegt am Rand von Riposto. Haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer und eines der Bäder sind im Keller, was im Hochsommer bestimmt sehr praktisch ist. Von der schönen überdachten Terrasse hat man einen Blick auf den Ätna. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ist nett und unkompliziert. Zwar ist man fußläufig am Markt / Hafen, ein Auto ist aber zweckmäßig.

Kleine Oase am Meer
Sehr geräumiges, sauberes Haus mit allem was man für den Urlaub braucht. Ein sehr großes Grundstück mit den Obstbäumen, Ziersträuchern und Blumen Siziliens. Durch die Grundstücksgrösse ist die Lage sehr ruhig, die Möglichkeiten zu grillen und draussen zu sitzen unbegrenzt. Das Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um den Osten Siziliens zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist dringend erforderlich. Der nächste Strand muss mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Die Leute in den umliegenden Orten sind sehr freundlich und nicht von den Touristen genervt. Der Gastgeber Michele ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich mit süsser Begrüßung! Die Fotos geben einen realistischen Eindruck.

Urlaub auf Sizilien
Ein sehr großes Grundstück mit einem herrlichen Haus, bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen und man hat alles was man braucht. Sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage, aber guter Abschluss an Bus und Bahn. Nächste Ortschaft zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten, zum nächst gelegenen Sandstrand sollte man jedoch dass Auto nehmen weil dieser doch ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt ist.

Great property
We had a lovely week in Michele's beautiful house and gardens. It was necessary to have a car but there were also amenities close by as well as the sea, all in walking distance. From the house we could also see Etna's daily changes. Michele was easy to contact and helpful with information.

Une maison sans voisin au milieu d'un superbe jardin (citronniers, bananiers, palmiers …) au pied de l'Etna, à 100m de la mer et à proximité de tous les lieux d'intérêt touristiques, c'est déjà un bon début ! Si l'on ajoute un propriétaire chaleureux, disponible et sans cesse à l'écoute, du poisson et des fruits frais à 2 pas, on frôle la perfection. Seule petite réserve au printemps, la maison est un peu froide mais cela est sûrement un gros avantage pendant la chaude saison estivale. En un mot, à recommander sans hésitation !

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus!
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr schön! Es ist ca. 300m vom Wasser entfernt, der Strand allerdings ca. 2 km. Die Lage ist gut um verschiedenen Städte in der Region anzuschauen.

Veel privacy en super schoon.
Direct als je door de poort rijd valt het al op , het is superschoon, Wat een mooie plek heeft Michelle ervan gemaakt, van alle gemakken voorzien. S’ochtend heerlijk ontbijten op je balkon met uitzicht op de Etna, geweldig. Je hebt een heerlijke privetuin met een citrusboomgaard erom heen, er is op elk moment van de dag wel een schaduwplekje te vinden want er zijn voldoende zitjes te vinden. Slapen doe je op de benedenverdieping, heerlijk koel. Michelle is hele aardige man die uitermate behulpzaam is maar wel op de achtergrond, dus privicy gegarandeerd. Top verblijf, een aanrader.

This is a beautiful house with everything you need.Very very very clean and very good beds. The garden is wunderfull for relaxing.It is very quit.The location is perfect to explore the beautiful places of Sicily.You will need a car. Michele is the best host I ever had.So nice and helpfull.You can call him always if you need some help or have any questions.He came right away when I had a accident and helped me with everything.He went with us to the town where the accident happened to help us fill out the papers.He even went to buy us some food because we didn't eat because of the accident.Michele thank you again and we will be back!!! Michele grazie mille e ci vediamo!!!
