“The house was incredible, very well located, clean, beautiful, and very charming, in the most elegant neighborhood of Paris. It was well connected to transportation, and communication with the owner was excellent at all times. I recommend it 100%.”

“Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...

“My flight was canceled at the gate 2 days back to back and I couldn't go't, and the host would charge 100%. Do NOT book this place.”

“Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.”

Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“It's perfectly located in the heart of busy Montmartre activities but the apt is tucked in a very quiet street. Our room was luxurious and had a lot a room for a couple. We will try to book the 2 BR on our next trip to Paris with the kids.”

“Great little apartment on a quiet street in a bustling area. A little musty on first entry but fine upon letting in just a little fresh air via the massive windows (which have beautiful wrought iron guards).Coffee machine was a little quirky but host was responsive. ”

“The apartment was within walking distance of a lot that my group and I wanted to see, like the Louvre for example. Easy access to bus stops / train stations as well. The apartment has lots of windows so it helped to keep cool. The staff were super responsive and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to paris.”

“Habe hier ein paar schöne Tage verbracht. Wir schätzten den Wasserdruck der Dusche und das gemütliche Bett nach langen Spaziergängen rund um den Palais Brongniart. Es machte unsere Abende besonders schön, gemeinsam mit gutem Essen aus nahegelegenen Restaurants zu entspannen.”

“Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”
