“Very friendly ”

“Vivienne was an absolute sweetheart, view is incredible. Interior is very basic but clean and felt safe. Great spot to crash to the sea breeze if you’re going to be out and about more than in your room. ”

“Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. ”

“Everywhere you go it's cold pools. It's so warm and steamy that jumping into a cool pool with a margarita nearby is a dream.The place is immaculate, and the bed is very comfortable and firm. Bottle drinking water is provided for all your needs and the entire facility as well thought out and well appointed. If you want to travel late and go to a house that takes care of you this is the place. You're right on the main strip and the front yard is the best on the island. Enjoy yourself worth it.”

“We enjoyed staying on the quieter part of the island, while still being able to easily walk and bike to shops and restaurants, etc. The pool was lovely and refreshing. We regularly ate at the restaurant next door, as it was delicious, had lots of options and very convenient. Yoga was also right nextdoor. Bikes were easy and cheap to rent for a day. We also took the free paddleboards. The house itself was beautiful as well. Unfortunately, I did not have hot water whenever I showered, but I would...

“Joan and her family were very pleasant hosts. They provided great info and recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, Joan did have some cute decorations and treated us for breakfast for our anniversary which is super sweet. Ice was provided for the duration of the stay in place of the refrigerator not working. They did their best to accommodate us and we are super appreciative. The outdoor was beautiful and secluded...

“We were oceanfront. The property is amazing and well cared for. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. We ate out but the kitchen has plenty of stuff if you want to cook. Recommend renting a golf car from the property, the island is small but it was really nice to ride around. We will be coming back for a longer stay.”

“We really enjoyed the place; clean, well appointed, deck, pool, and grounds. Abner was very responsive to any questions. The only downside was the noise in the morning and late night. It is a lively place on Front St. Convenient to everything.”

“Really good, large apartment equipped well. Pool was small but excellent for a dip to cool off. The location is fantastic, close enough to downtown it's only a short cart ride away and there are several bars within walking distance that were all good. The Property Managers are truly excellent though. From booking flights and trips, helping with last minute delays and generally making a vacation very easy. Can't recommend them enough.
