Hotel vicino a Riserva Naturale Blackwell Forest Preserve - Chicago

“We stayed at Arista for a family wedding nearby in Wheaton. Room was clean, comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom was great. No top sheets on the bed (Euro duvet covers) which I really liked. Our adult kids stayed on the floor above us and had a nice clothes steamer and Dyson hair dryer in their room (ours did not, but still nice hair dryer). Quiet hotel, great coffee shop and bar attached to the lobby. Helpful and polite staff! Great experience and we would stay there again.”

“Breakfast was good rooms not what they look like online. Very small. Bathroom had curtain one online nice glass door mirror and was super small. Have reservations this month again there and I regret making them after staying there. Not impressed”

“As a Hilton property I’m shocked. This is a large 8 story hotel and the problems start at the front door. It’s just about summer, the Lobby entrance has large planters outside that are void of plantings and choked with weeds. The area around the lobby elevators is shabby and tired. The elevators looked ragged out. There was a used / stained coffee Cup outside our room in the hall on Sunday when checking in, and it stayed there until Tuesday Evening. The Windows to the building were filthy...

“I had an unusual situation where I started choking in the restaurant and staff had full attention to me to make sure I was ok. Also gave extra water to go. As a whole a fantastic hotel, has everything you need. Great restaurant and room service. The room layout is really exceptional and comfortable.
