“This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. Each time it has been clean, terrific staff, great breakfast, nice beds etc. This is the best hotel in St.Charles. Also great area to walk to shopping.”

“Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

“It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. “Ok...the Good, tha Bad, and the Ugly. It's apt... The Good - The staff is WONDERFUL. Everyone was truly kind, professional, and accommodating. Pulizia ottima, staff molto cortese. Unici punti a sfavore sono: frigorifero molto rumoroso, stanza non grandissima, zona leggermente isolata (anche se a 5 min di auto si trova qualunque servizio)”

“The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty. The inside of the whole carpeting were dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The only thing that was clean there was my room, but the bathtub was questionable.”
