“It was very hard to get a hold of a real person at this property for starters. Most of the rooms did not have closets, they just had a hanging rack in the room right by the front door. Pool side food service took a really long time to get your food (over an hour after ordered) and one dish came 3 hours after order was placed. “The rooms need some upgrades. The bathroom door was swollen from the moisture in the room. The room smelled upon entering as well. Once we had the fan on in the bathroom it helped. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and the mattress was not comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful, breakfast was good.”
