But we found a lot of hairs in the shower and some around the room, good temperature but not good cleaning, also the mugs for tea were dirty from previous usage. No lift. The waitress at the breakfast probably hates her job, was quite cold and served a very burned toast, at my request to change it the reply was simply that wasn't possible.”
