“The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...

“Buona soluzione per chi è dotato di auto. Si raggiunge Greenwich incirca 30 minuti e di lì diventa tutto facile per visitare Londra. ”

“L"hotel molto antico e poco manutenzionato, il sabato è la domenica nn c"e nessuno ti dicono che se serve qualcosa di chiedere al pub ma. In realtà nn sanno nulla.. Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”

“Hotel was in a quiet location with la lot of parking. Its a large hotel but was lacking in guests. Thre is nowhere to get an an evening meal. Breakfast simple but adequate. The room was large but it was very hot, the window sash was broken and Lthough a fan was provided it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom was ok but the heated towel rail could not be switched off and therefore far to hot!. Wr did visit during exceptionally hot weather.”

“Prenotato per errore, non sapendo la distanza da Londra, è stata una delle scelte migliori della vacanza. Personale gentile posto molto accogliente e carino e molto ben organizzato. Zona facilmente raggiungibile da Liverpool street o Stratford tramite TFL in 16 minuti .. fino a tarda notte. Molto consigliato a chi vuole un alloggio lontano dal caos di Londra, economico e soddisfacente. “The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. ”

“The place was not open when I tried to get in all doors were locked, the receptionist didn't have my booking details. There was a set of building steps at the door that I needed access to get into my room. The room stank of paint and the pictures in the advertisement was not the same as the room that I was given. The phone number that was advertised on the entrance did not exist. The place was a horrible tip thats why I lefr after an hour.”
