Hotel is being majorly renovated which was buried on the hotel description when I checked under “parking area being closed.” No parking because of all of the construction debris and vehicles. Thankfully our room was renovated and looked fresh but the rest of the hotel was a complete construction zone. Smoke alarm began chirping at 11pm on our first night. “DO NOT STAY HERE! This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The owners are incredibly rude and treat both their employees and guests with complete disrespect. Customer service is nonexistent, and it’s clear they care more about overcharging guests than providing a quality stay.
