“The front desk staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, it looks like a studio apartment. I will be visiting Jacksonville in September and I will be staying at the Home 2 Suites at 600 Park Street again. That’s how comfortable I fell staying there.”

“Rooms clean and large. Bed and pillows good. Need a free breakfast for guests only wanting something small. Great location. Other places such as Hampton Inn and Durey have free breakfast and Druey has a free afternoon lunch. Staff and all other workers were great answering questions and giving directions.”

“The main lounge never opened There was a makeshift bar in restaurant Badly understaffed. Staff that was on hand tried hard to keep up Gym was in a temp room No towels, a/c not great Bed had large valley and uncomfortable Not a normal Marriott stay”

“There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work”

“the guy working was great and did what he could. the building needs attention and we couldn’t even get a key for the door. ridiculous. i only rated the three because it wasn’t the fault of the front desk or employees that can do anything about it. what a terrible position to make a desk person deal with. do better.”
