The spacious apartment is a walk up, located on the 3rd floor of the stunning Liberty-style building. The place has a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room is completed with a large dining table with 6 chairs and a TV, a bathroom with large shower, two large bedrooms that sleeps 4 people and there is a sofa-bed in the living room that sleeps 2 more, if needed. Please note: both bedrooms are connected and the first bedroom with smaller chair-beds is a walk-through to the second bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with bedding, pillows, blankets, throws, towels, and mattress protectors. Each bedroom has a dedicated work space.

There is a private parking in front of the building entrance, and a large FREE parking lot immediately outside the building.

The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and completed with the induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a table with 4 chairs and everything you need - dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, serveware, etc. The washing machine is also located in the kitchen area and drying racks are located on both balconies.

The bathroom has a double sink, large shower, toilet, bidet and a laundry hamper.

There are 2 balconies with a small table and 2 chairs, so you could comfortably enjoy the outside view of mountains, greenery and a gorgeous town of Riva del Garda.
