“This flat was perfect for a family! Very spacious and well stocked for all the things we needed. The bakery around the corner was a perfect place to eat. The Eiffel Towel is walking distance. A great, safe and quiet street with proximity to shops and restaurants. We were greeted warmly upon checking in and had a lovely time! ”

“We could not reach anyone when we arrived. We waited for 3 hours in the lobby before we received a call. When we got the key, we struggled to turn the lock. We did not get any instructions about the apt. Someone did show up to fix the lock, which took almost an hour. 3 mornings there was no hot water to shower with. We were instructed to resent the electric panel. Occasionally that worked. On May 31 at 3:30 am, the smoke alarm went off. No smoke or fire. Asked for instructions to work washing...

“The position of the flat is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk from the Tour Eiffel and then you can just keep on going and reach the heart of the city, either along the Seine or in the inner streets. There’s also a metro station just around the corner of the building. The flat is small, but with good and warm vibes, perfect for resting at night. Hope to find it again the next time I’m coming to Paris.”

“Cannot say enough about the location! So great to be next to all the shops of Rue Cler, a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower and easy access to the metro. The apartment was as advertised and all that we needed. The host was prompt and helpful. The apartment is minimal and a bit worn - bedroom door didn’t close, the flooring is a bit worn, and we had to make extra trips for toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Those are the only things that Jerrod this from being a 5* review. ”
