“I like very much the location. The apartament Is near Notre Dame ,Saint Chapel and Musee' quai d' Orsay. There are not 2 bathrooms.There Is a W.C. in a small room without a window near a small bedroom also without a window.(luckily none of us had a tummy ache or flatulence). In the shower box there Is the sink that Is front of the Kitchen. The kitchen Is old and small but equipped with everything. There Is a bed in living room wich had a collapsed mattress. “This property is exactly as described and overlooks one of the most quaint squares in the Latin Quarter I’ve ever visited!!! “We really like how close to the Eiffel tower is to the apartment. The metro and train station is in front and there is another one in the corner. A lot of cafes and restaurants very closed by, as well as 2 couple if supermarkets. However, you have to take the initiative contacting Chris to get the information to access the building and apartment. The instructions were easy to follow, clear and we didn't have any problem accessing the place.”

“This apartment is an excellent base to explore the city for a couple or 3 people. There are a ton of cafes nearby and the Luxembourg Gardens are just around the corner. Easy access to several Metro lines. Eric met us with the keys before our stay and was very kind and communicative. The apartment was clean and furnished with everything we needed. “We loved this cozy and comfortable apartment, and the location was perfect. The very minor drawbacks have been mentioned by other reviewers, but none of them were significant to us. The owner, property manager and her son were very pleasant and responsive. We enjoyed all our interactions with them. We tried many of the nearby restaurants and had some magnificent meals. Great shopping very close by. Wonderful to be so close to the Louvre, the Musee d’Orsay, the Rodin Museum and so much more!”

"Soggiorno perfetto. Albergo davvero silenzioso, mai sentiti rumori dalla strada o dalle stanze degli altri ospiti. Camera piccola (siamo a Parigi, è tutto piccolo), ma con ottimizzazione degli spazi fantastica. Lavello in camera, dapprima strano, poi si rivela molto intelligente, consentendo ottimizzazione del tempo e di avere anche una doccia davvero grande. Letto king size, immenso, e un sacco di cassetti a scomparsa. Solo 14 mq, ma in due non ci siamo mai pestati i piedi. Gestione tecnologica tramite un tablet e condizionatore regolabile. Pulizia impeccabile. Zona strategica, a pochissimi passi dalla metro n3, e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dall' Opera. Nei dintorni un sacco di ristorantini e un supermercato comodo(anche se la struttura offre un bar aperto 24/24). È un hotel moderno, la struttura e anche l' arredamento della zona colazione. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Davvero consigliato "
