“This property is in good condition other than the adjoining property and parking lot are dilapidated. Staff are friendly with a very well monitored breakfast area keeping tables clean and food stocked. The room was large and comfortable. Location was good for our purposes with convenience food nearby plus it is a couple of minutes from the hospital. ”

“the staff (Ali especially) was so helpful and kind in helping us and being so welcoming to our little 5 month old pup! She stayed in the room for a couple hours without us and we were worried that she would be barking and disturb the residents. When we got back Ali assured us that she had only yelped a bit for the last 15-20 minutes before we got back and that there are other dog owners on the first floor so they understand. “Top of bed had several small black hairs on it, opened up the bed and found another long black hair. Dirt, crumbs and dust accumulation at base of the headboard on the ground under the middle nightstand that had to be there for quite a while. Did not sleep well because the room felt dirty 😬. Overwhelming smell of harsh scent air freshener in the lobby.”
