“35 minutes to check in, whole hotel under renovations, dust EVERYWHERE finally get to room had wires sticking out of it, mold in tub. Very unacceptable. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. ”

“Easy access off the highway, far enough removed to avoid road noise , smooth, quick check-in, nice morning buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable with the divider between the sleeping area in the living area.”

“Loved the quality Dove soaps and lotions provided, especially the real hand soap by the sinks instead of a bar. Breakfast was nice. Pool and hot tub were great. The only negative was limited seating during the busy breakfast time made it difficult to get a table.”

“Avoid staying there, elevator not working and Wi-Fi slow and barely working.”

“The room was very clean. Slept great. They are renovating so the place is a mess. No cable and couldn’t connect to WiFi. ”

“Property os being renovated whiles staying.. Room upgrades wer nice.New carpeted areas nice. Paid for breafast and there was none due to construction material housed but was not taken off price nor stated on website. Overall after they finish renovations definity will score higher”

“It was close to Fishers Event Center. Thats why we chose it. Very nice , staff was helpfull. Breakfast was good. ”

“Parking was easy and plenty of spaces available even though we had a late check in. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Had to call housekeeping to bring up bedding sets for our children to sleep on the pull out trundle and couch. Our reservation included 2 adults and 2 children. They brought the sets up right away. Only issue was pool was out of towels so had to go back to room to get bath towels to use. Would stay here again. ”
