“Breakfast was fresh! Staff was friendly! Our room was clean but the bathroom did have a weird smell.”

“ Very disappointed with check-in. We did arrive at 230 for 300 check in at 400 we were still waiting and was told they were waiting for rooms to be ready. After multiple times inquiring about room we were told they would upgrade and gave us room on 6th floor. A few of the check in agents were not very friendly. Breakfast staff was great. Facility was clean. ”

“Breakfast appeared fresh. Staff polite and helpful. Clean room BUT - the shower floor was extremely slick!!! I had to constantly hold onto the bar in the shower to maintain my balance and even then, I was very afraid of falling!!! I had to straddle the outer edges of the shower floor to brace myself. ( just get a visual on that - funny to read about but not funny to experience). As much as I like the hotel and I would like to stay here again on my travels, but I don’t know if I will because...

“Very nice hotel with easy access. Check in was quick. Room was pleasant. It had rolling table which we used frequently. Breakfast was good with usual food. Breakfast staff was Excellent. Never made it to pool or exercise room. We did have market items billed to us in error but it was reversed upon our notification.”
