“The room was super clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The room didn't have a microwave but I didn't even ask. If that's a game changer, call ahead of time. There was a nice variety of food for breakfast. Constantly bringing more hot food out once it got low. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Upon checking I was impressed with the outside and lobby. We were given a room on the 5th floor. When we stepped off the elevator we were hit with humid hot air. The air was out, not working in the hallway. They had placed a box fan at the end of the long hallway. You would have thought this would have been communicated, but nothing was said to us so we were surprised. We stepped into the room and it was cooler, so I turned the air down as much as possible to get it colder. The room was updated...

“The toilet is so low u need help getting up, only things to grab is the sink&door knob for support, no microwave, fridge didn’t cool my drinks, it took all the pillows to stack n elevate my head properly, the curtains didn’t close to block out the light fixture shining n my room, no scramble eggs only veggie omelet , the sausage n waffle n apple juice was good to me, the mattress was hard”

“The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My biggest complaint is I had an ADA shower but there were no shelves in the shower, so I had to put all my shower stuff on the floor and ended up slamming my shoulder into the railing. Not having a shelf or a place to put your shower stuff is definitely not ADA complaint.”

“I have photos of toilet being filthy with dried up bodily fluid stains on the seat. Bathroom contains mold. Carpet was dirty and not vacuumed.”

Upon arrival I was given just my checking card and it had two different room numbers written on the card when I asked which one was to clarify the hotel manager looked at me not at his head and pointed a direction I said okay so is this number and he just nodded his head and pointed again. “If you are in jax for and overnight stay on the very cheap because even their going rate per night is not adequate, proceed with caution. The pictures on line are very different than what you see when you open the room door. Chipped paint on the walls and carpet, the socket next to the bed had mold on it, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusted, the room was dark and depressing.
