“The bed was keep sounding like it was broken ”

“ Very disappointed with check-in. We did arrive at 230 for 300 check in at 400 we were still waiting and was told they were waiting for rooms to be ready. After multiple times inquiring about room we were told they would upgrade and gave us room on 6th floor. A few of the check in agents were not very friendly. Breakfast staff was great. Facility was clean. ”

Never made it to pool or exercise room. We did have market items billed to us in error but it was reversed upon our notification.”
