Hotel vicino a River Side Amphitheater - Plymouth

“The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of options. I called ahead and requested a roll away bed for our room since there were three of us traveling together. I was assured that it was marked on our reservation and the rollaway bed would be in the room when we arrived. That did not happen. The person at the reception desk upgraded us to a suite with a fold out couch. That worked, but I’m a little disappointed they didn’t have anything marked on our reservation and...

“The beds were comfortable, but I paid for two queens and was put in a room with two full size beds. The room was mostly clean. The coffee lids were dirty and the sugar/ stir stick pack was open in the room and missing the stir stick. Overall minor issues, but annoying. I’d like some money back since I got the wrong size beds. ”

“Breakfast was always cold, staff was ok, didn’t help much with WiFi, pool was down for maintenance, found at least a dozen and a half flying winged ants bed was really comfy, if the window was open you heard people yelling outside, close by town.”
