“Worked perfectly to visit my kid at college. Checking in and out were quick and efficient!”

“The bar closed early, closed at midnight and last call 11:30. At 11:55 asked a full room of people to leave. Also, coffee bar charged us double for coffee and then didn’t know how to reimburse it. ”

“Family and I enjoyed our stay. However we were given a room that didn’t match the photos. They lure you in with false pics. And then tell you to cancel your Expedia and book through them for a better room. Felt a bit dishonest but I rolled with it. Next time I will confirm because there was no sofa bed in the room and the room pics on exp have one. ”

“The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it...

“The hot tub was out of order, and the staff were rude! I cannot believe this is how a Hilton hotel is being run. I am appalled at the treatment of visitors and the lack of consideration. This was the worst stay ever, I’d have been better off at the travel lodge!!!”

“We only needed a place for one night so this place was fine. Im not sure I would stay any longer then that. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear all the noise going on. Like I said we only needed it for one night so it was fine, but I will avoid staying there again.”
