“I booked 2 days and the 2nd night, my partner and I had to work 3rd shift, so I requested a late check out of 1pm and told that would not be an issue. I received a call at 11:45 AM from the management telling me it wasn't ok and if I wasn't out by 12:30 I'd be charged. I'm a disabled full time wheelchair user, so it takes me a long time to get ready. “The property was good with one glaring exception. We checked in on Wednesday and was told that room cleaning only occurred every other day. That schedule is fine and would mean cleaning on either Friday or Saturday depending on when the every other day starts. The issue is that our room wasn’t cleaned on either Friday or Saturday. On Sunday we returned, after being gone all day and there was a “Still Enjoying the Room” sign on our door. We didn’t place it there and in fact our room didn’t...

“Pool was closed,only reason I booked was because they said there was a open pool on site to get there to a closed pool,maintenance said it was open and then immediately the person at the counter said its closed very rudely....If you want a basic over-priced hotel...This is your place.”
